Pilanesberg National Park

We had a great time at Pilanesberg. We saw most of the big 5, except the Cape Buffalo and Leopard. Will let my pictures tell you the rest.......

Grandma is coming to town

So happy grandma is getting to come to South Africa. We have several things planned like a trip to Pilanesberg National Park and Cape Town.... Can't wait until she gets here!

Circus South Africa

Well today we experienced our first South Africa circus, It reminded me a lot of a Deleon, Texas Circus, (that's for all my Texas friends and family). Prior to the event I thought to myself what could a circus offer, that the people here in South Africa don't already experience on a regular basis... You know like LIONS!!! But it was nice, and it seemed as if people enjoyed it! You won't find cotton candy here, but you will find pancakes (crapes to us in the USA) !! Popcorn of course too.. o and the light up thingy thing....
The girls and friends got their pic with a snake (will post later). All in all, it was a lot like a small town circus in the USA, however they did have a few scary errors in their show that I'm quite certain they would not allow in the USA.
Fun time with friends in South Africa, and that's all that matters! Thanks for the invite friends!!!
PS I booked a trip to Cape Town today and I'm so excited to explore that area!!!

We have moved to South Africa! WOW

I’m starting this blog so that not only can family and friends keep up with our journey, but so that I can remember all that we have and will experience.  My husband is on a 2-5 year work visa, so me and our twins Hope and Faith have tagged along… lol!!! This blog will be my way of posting pictures that I love to take, and to tell all the great and challenging things we experience here. I will share pictures of the beautiful things, and the life challenges. So please do not feel offended by my pictures or my post.  South Africa is a beautiful place with beautiful people, and I wish to share it with everyone.
